Pay Per Minute:

This is the easiest and most flexible plan. No call, no payment - its as simple as that! You sign onto a per minute rate one our standard package, and when a call is diverted to us, then we answer it. This facility can be used in every capacity, be it an overflow line, purpose built service (e.g. booking line, customer service line) or virtual reception/secretarial service.

Pay Per Call:

The pay per call function is ideal for clients that believe they may have a longer call duration, or need a specific set of requirements/script carried out. The length of these calls may vary, therefore a cost per call would be better suited using this basis.

If you wish to enter directly onto the pay per call package, then we would undertake a trial period where we assess the characteristics of your call based on our metric system, and propose a final package on this that is best suited to you and the needs of the persons calling you.

If you are unsure about whether the pay per call is the correct package for you, then it is common for clients to trial a pay per minute package, and based on the call volumes and metrics observed, we can easily transfer you onto the pay per call basis.
